Translation Control

At OSW we constantly look at ways to provide the best possible translation. In particular we:


  • Ensure you receive the highest quality product by stringent vetting of all translators and interpreters
  • Ensure your translator has the right expertise in your subject area
  • Work only with translators directly, so your work is never outsourced to another company, giving us control over quality procedures
  • Have all work checked according to industry guidelines


Process and Management

Our translators form the backbone of our business, and our project management team compliment the translation. In particular we:


  • Respond to all your enquiries as swiftly as possible
  • Provide a single point of contact to deal with your multilingual translations
  • Train our linguist project managers in effective use of budgets to get the best deal for our clients
  • Offer flexible solutions, tailored to your organisation
  • Agree all deadlines and costs prior to commencement of the project
  • Communicate all queries arising from the translation to the client, ensuring accuracy across the languages
