Town Talk Polish Town Talk Polish, a company specialising in polishes and cleaners for precious metals, rare stones, and jewellery, has been a regular client of OSW for around ten years. Based in Bolton, Town Talk Polish has relied on OSW’s high quality and efficient service to ensure instructions for all its products are translated for customers all around the world. Town Talk Polish recently undertook the mammoth task of redesigning all the packaging for forty different products. All of these products required the instructions for use translating into fourteen different languages. Redesigning this amount of package was going to be no easy task, as decisions on the final copy were not going to be made until the designs were ready. Because of this, the best course of action to take was to send through the text in batches, thus minimising risk of re-translation at a later date, and also ensuring that languages that required typesetting by OSW were completed to the correct measurements.
